Libby O'Sullivan (nee Vokes)

Background
Libby qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting (awarded with distinction). Libby joined the firm in 2006 following her return from the UK where she gained significant corporate accounting experience, including working for KPMG. Her final role included financial reporting responsibilities for a UK limited public company. She was also involved in the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards for this company and its European counterparts. Specialist Areas
Libby specialises in the business advisory services division and has a broad range of clients in many different areas of business. Libby likes to build strong long term relationships with clients as their trusted advisor. Libby has specialist knowledge in developing management financial reporting systems for clients. She is also a Kiwisaver expert. Personal Interests
Libby’s outside interests include cycling, hiking, travel and spending time with family following her return from overseas.

Libby has significant experience in :
- Developing management financial reporting systems which highlight key performance indicators and other relevant management information.
- Developing budgeting and cash flow forecasting models for clients.
- Providing tax effective structures and advice for small to medium sized businesses.
- Advising clients in respect of Kiwisaver legislation.
- Assisting clients who are in the health sector.
