Background

Roz qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 following several years of concurrent work and study through the Eastern Institute of Technology and the Waikato Polytech. She has been with the firm over 12 years. She has special affinity with the horticultural sector, being actively involved in Scotts Strawberry Farm with her husband.

Specialist Areas

Roz is a Client Manager in our Business Advisory Services division. Her client base includes small to medium manufacturing, retail and rural clients.

Personal Interests

Roz is a mother of two young children which makes family a priority. She also loves travelling whenever possible, walking, reading and collecting art.

Roz has significant experience in :

  • Working closely with a wide range of clients assisting them in the financial management of their respective business.
  • The issues facing the horticultural sector as a result of her in depth understanding of that sector which enables her to add real value to her horticultural based clients.
  • Actively assists her clients identify their own management reporting requirements together with providing guidance on the interpretation of that information.
  • Has a good understanding of computerised accounting systems and can assist clients in the use of theirs.
