Sharlene Bryant
(BCom, DipCom, CA)
Background
Sharlene gained a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Commerce from Auckland University graduating in 1995. After working as an auditor for Deloitte in Auckland for the next 3 years she decided to return home to Hawkes Bay to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle. On her return in 1998 she joined the firm, becoming a partner in 2004.
Sharlene is currently a committee member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants, Hawkes Bay branch. Specialist Areas
Sharlene heads the business advisory service division of the firm as well as taking on the role of staff director. She has a wide range of clients in many industries and is developing extensive experience in franchising. She enjoys working closely with her developing client base and giving practical advice to assist them to achieve both their personal and business goals. Personal Interests
Sharlene is married with three young children so most of her spare time is taken up enjoying her family, particularly spending time with them at the beach. She also enjoys playing social netball during the winter months and running, aerobics and pilates when she can fit it in!

- Working with business owners and senior management, providing business advice to a wide range of medium to large clients.
- Franchising operations and arrangements .
- Identifying and implementing restructuring plans for clients including share ownership matters, establishment of trusts and related entities.
- The insolvency area including business receiverships and company liquidations.
