Background
Brett is a chartered accountant and a Director of Staples Rodway. Brett joined the firm in March 2000.Brett provides advice to a range of New Zealand agricultural businesses, including equity partnerships in both dairy and sheep and beef.
Brett also advised many commercial businesses involved in manufacturing and contracting.
Specialist Areas
Brett has two main areas of interest. Firstly he has a personal interest in the rural sector whereby he grew up on the farm and now enjoys farm ownership. The “hands on” experience has enabled Brett to have complete understanding into the needs of his farming clients, with an appreciation of the family succession issues commonly involved with farming.Secondly, Brett has an interest in the management reporting sector whereby he regularly consults with industry clients to foster growth and profitability within their businesses.
