Peter Guise is currently the Chairman of Staples Rodway New Zealand Limited, and has been a director of the Auckland firm for 15 years. Prior roles include:Managing Director of Staples Rodway Auckland.
General Manager of a private importing and distribution company in the textile industry.
Financial Controller of a wholesale and retail company.
Financial/Management Accountant of a liquor wholesaler/retailer owned as a jointly-owned subsidiary of a public company.

Peter is currently a member of the Asia Pacific regional board of Baker Tilly International, the firm’s international association. He was for 5 years Chairman of the regional board and member of the International Board and instrumental over this period in recruiting many of the members in the region. Baker Tilly is based in London and is currently the eighth largest international association.Peter is also a director of several private companies and a trustee of a number of trusts. He specialises in financial management, succession planning and strategic direction and has been involved in a number of sales and purchases of businesses. He has a special interest in the agricultural industry and import and distribution businesses.
