Staples Rodway provides responsive and cost effective industrial relations advice and guidance in the areas of:
- Providing immediate advice and guidance in addressing employee discipline and performance management problems.
- Providing information and guidance in respect of all employment legislation.
- Documenting of individual employment agreements (pursuant to the Employment Relations Act 2000).
- Planning and assisting in collective agreement negotiations with Unions, or in resolving and facilitating any other form of Union interactions.
- Acting as the Employer Advocate in all industrial disputes.
- Providing the employer with representation in all claims of personal grievance.
- Providing independent mediation services.
