Business Development Manager

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join us, a prominent and respected chartered accountancy practice located near the transport hub, in the heart of the city on Queen Street.

The role requires strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to network, negotiate and generate new business leads for the firm.

Ideally you will have proven success in your sales ability and demonstrate full knowledge of the sales process. If you have professional services knowledge this will be an advantage. Your ability to research, generate ideas and solutions particularly in the area of new business opportunities will make you stand out from the crowd.

· Hold a relevant tertiary qualification supported with five to seven years of New Zealand tax consulting experience in a CA environment
· Have proven strong communication skills in both written and verbal form
· Have a desire to proactively interact with clients
· Possess a strong mix of technical and people management skills
